Looks like a repurposed mosquito net.

Is it a genuine Faraday cage? It would need to be tested to see whether it blocks all electrical signals.... If it was a Faraday Cage it would surely be much heavier and rugged that that thing.....

Still, interesting concept...if it's real.

Can't vouch for them personally but the reviews are good. The silver threads are woven in stitch density to match the frequencies they are designed to block. I have seen a video of a cell placed inside and losing all signal. I doubt it was faked. Here are two sources that believe in them:




I would like to see an in-store demonstration but so far only online purchases. I know of no personal aquaintances that have them yet but most are excited about the idea. My beef with this is having to seek refuge in those and encouraging the telecom/energy barons to not think about reforming those toxic infrastructures.

When I hold one in my hands I can relate whether they feel like a mosquito net because I know about mosquito nets where I live. In my years studying electronics and being introduced to the concept of a Hall chamber/Faraday cage I was led to believe the guage of the metal is in accordance with the current levels involved.



Not sure for cell and energy meter frequencies and microcurrents if a heavy guage canopy is absolutely necessary. These canopies boast ultra light weight.
