This book can help you understand why I say: Voting = legitimising the criminal system.

=> truth-zone.net/forum/government-and-authority/67424-poll-elections-referendums-etc-real-or-scam.html

Suppose you are arrested for wearing a red shirt on a Monday?

You are denied your right to be taken before a magistrate, and are imprisoned under surprisingly cruel conditions. Stored in an isolated cold cell for over a week, you are screamed at and threatened frequently. You are promised repeatedly that you will never see freedom again.

Meanwhile, your house is taken over by dozens of armed men pretending to be federal agents. Your name is slandered, your neighbors are threatened, your property is plundered, and everything of no interest to them is scattered to the furthest corners of your home. In addition, your business equipment is disabled, and your computer files corrupted.

Eight days later you are released, but not without threats of thirty-five years in prison, for your supposed, yet non-existent crime.

You know that you have done nothing unlawful—that there could be no such law in this country. Furthermore, you are certain that you couldn't have been wearing a red shirt on Monday because you don't particularly like the color red, and you don’t even own one.

You could hire an attorney and give him all your money. Perhaps it would be enough to keep you out of prison—but then again, it might not. Every attorney you talk to treats you as if you are the most despicable person in the world, and without asking you a single question tells you that you are going to spend many years in prison. You are not at all sure that giving them any money is going to improve their attitude, or do you any good.

What do you do?

The author of this book experienced a very similar situation. What he did was a little unorthodox, but what he learned as a result will likely change your perception of reality.

About This Book

This is a true story of an unlawful attack upon me, initiated by agents of the Puerto Rico based Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF).

Although I am sure this has happened thousands of times before, my story is unique for a number of reasons, not the least of which follow:

1. I knew better than to hire an attorney and by so doing, waive my right to challenge nonexistent jurisdiction.

2. I immediately set out to find out how these devils were getting away with this outrageous violation of Law and order. That question has been answered, but I paid quite a price for the information.

3. I discovered a significant fraud behind federal gun laws which, if enough people learn of, could stop future pseudo-legal attempts to infringe upon our right to keep and bear arms.

4. I refused to accept an illegitimate court’s offer of probation in return for a guilty plea. This decision cost me, but what I gained in honor was worth far more.

As a result of these decisions I learned a number of things I might have otherwise missed: Important facts regarding this country’s government, and the modern-day judicial system which I discovered to be a complete and utter fraud. This system is supported by an army of impostors, masquerading as Federal officers while running a commercial business with their falsely assumed positions.

There is some very important information here for your consideration. If you accept it you will find yourself thinking a lot less like subject/slaves, and more like the Sovereigns our founding Fathers believed that we were destined to be. And should you ever come under attack from the feds as I was, the information contained in this book could save you a lot of time, disappointment, and money.

Law is surprisingly simple. It is the perversion of the Law that is complicated.

Who is Wayne Frank Barbuto? Was Wayne Frank Barbuto arrested? When was Wayne Frank Barbuto arrested? What was Wayne Frank Barbuto arrested for?
mugshots.com/US-Counties/Utah/Salt-Lake-County-UT/Wayne-Frank-Barbuto.5334554.html

In April of 2000, convicted felon Wayne Frank Barbuto of Salt Lake City, Utah, was charged with attempting to sell two 50 caliber sniper rifles to undercover federal agents. The government believes Barbuto manufactured the guns himself. During a search of Barbuto’s home, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) agents discovered more than 32 firearms and thousands of rounds of ammunition. Firearms violation gets man 3 years

A Sandy man convicted of manufacturing and dealing firearms without a federal firearms license and possessing a firearm after a felony conviction will spend almost three years in prison.

Wayne Frank Barbuto, 55, immediately objected at the start of the Friday afternoon proceedings. He repeatedly stood and informed U.S. District Judge Dale A. Kimball that he did not "consent" to the sentencing hearing.

"Why are you sentencing me when my name is not on any of those charges?" Barbuto asked. "I am not the defendant. I take exception . . . I object, I do not consent."

It is not exactly clear why Barbuto claimed not to be the defendant. He did, however, briefly refer to his name as "trademarked property" that cannot be prosecuted.

Kimball was unconvinced. "We put people in prison all the time that do not consent. Most of them do not want to go."

Barbuto was arrested in April 2000 after he attempted to sell two homemade .50-caliber rifles to Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agents. A subsequent search of Barbuto's house found completed rifles and others in various stages of completion, federal prosecutors said.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Leisha Lee-Dixon on Friday said agents found 52 firearms on Barbuto's property. She asked that Barbuto face increased time for the large amount of weapons.

Kimball denied the request and ordered Barbuto to serve 33 months in prison, the low end of guidelines that called for a 33- to 41-month sentence.

The hearing was attended by eight U.S. Marshals, who took Barbuto immediately into custody.

“Everything important has been said before by somebody who did not discover it” (Alfred North Whitehead).

Many of the principles in this book have been gathered from the works of others—Patriots, and fellow students of the Law. There are many who helped me gain the understanding to write this book, and I am very grateful for what they have taught me. I have attempted to give credit for their work, but it was often necessary to borrow one or two sentences out of a sometimes-lengthy paragraph to capture the essence of what I needed to explain, and sometimes I reworded that. In these situations I have given credit in general. In certain chapters, where I borrow heavily from a particular writer, I refer to the main source of my information.

Author James A. Michener relates an interesting story about using others’ material:

“We are advised by our lawyers not to read any books of fiction dealing with the subject at hand, because a work of fiction is the exclusive property of the author who invented it and to borrow from it is plagiarism, but the writer is free to refer to scholarly nonfiction research if he acknowledges the source, for it is considered an addition to the general reservoir of human knowledge
.
“I had an amusing experience with this concept some years ago. Readers began writing to me, pointing out that an extremely popular novel had used whole pages from one of my novels, and when a major magazine printed excerpts side by side, the similarity was clear
and something had to be done.“But now a curious impasse developed, because Publisher A is very loath to cause trouble for Publisher B about unauthorized borrowing from a work of fiction, because next week A might want to borrow legitimately from B, so lawsuits are avoided.
“In this case my publisher did complain quietly to the publisher of the offending book, and after some time received a letter of explanation, which deserves to go into the history of publishing as the best possible response to such charges:

“My client [undisclosed] denies that she has ever heard of Mr. Michener as a writer, or ever read one of his books, or knew in any way that he had written on this subject. But since the similarity between the two excerpts is undeniable, we can only conclude that
both writers borrowed from the same original source, which we have been unable to identify.”

It has been said:

“To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism; to steal from many is research” (Unknown).

This book took a lot of research over a period of many years. I hope you come to value this information as much as I do.
