Not for me. I'm still getting that red-bar with "Kunena has failed..." so this might not post!

Was trying to post on the "sleep" thread. It would not post: 404 message and red bar ditto Cantata's post above.
So, came here to read the last post here and opened message field to post..... and my unposted message from the "sleep" thread was in the field.
Deleted it to post this.
Still cannot post to "sleep" thread.

Agh!

Everyone...

Its a fault with the server hosts...AGAIN.

After all the intermittent faults we were having all yesterday, we went completely down last night for quite some time....AGAIN.

And they aren't answering the phone when it happens....that's the worst part of it, because they are supposed to have a 24/7 technical support department available for me to speak to.

Its just not good enough, so we're going to switch to another one as soon as possible.

Apologies to you all for these issues.

I couldn't get onto the forum at all last night

..Internal Server Error

I was still getting errors of all sorts this morning,
rebooted the laptop whilst the kettle was on, returned and was fine and able to post.

I know phe.

Even though we're back up & running (for now  )....I want to talk to someone at Inno urgently about this.

Tried multiple times on the phone this morning too, including just now. No joy, same thing.

Not good!

The American server doesn't appear to have the same problems?

The forum was having problems all day yesterday and as I said...I couldn't get back on until this morning!

Only suggestion....
But you might get a faster response emailing the tec support from your control panel or however it is set up?
Also is it saying anything on status/known issues?
(Shapeshifting lizard infiltration hack :O )

Used to have to deal with a BIG hosting company, calling was invariably a waste of time, if you have a problem so do hundreds of others and they are all trying to get through on the phone.

No it doesn't.

Not recently, nor did it early last year when the UK server was down for days on end due to that DDoS attack.

Now everything seems to work fine... Some times I find it funny how TZ is down on the just right moments... I was supposed to post a lot more yesterday, but decided to hold on, because of the problems here. One mighty fine timing for that lag and fail.

Or should that be the be at just the wrong moments eh.

Because last time I did manage to speak to innohosting on the phone (boxing day, when we were down then), what the technician I spoke with said then was that we had been under some sort of personal cyber attack on that occasion...thats TZ itself, not the server in general.

Whether that is actually the case or not I don't know for sure....but if it is, well we all know where it will be coming from don't we...

Yea, 'right' moments for those who wish to keep us quiet.

Did somebody watch carefully enough, which posts were made just before the lag started? There's somebody keeping a close eye on what goes on in here, that's for sure at least.
