Because when they took out their own deal, they stayed with InnoHosting itself but chose to go with the American server rather than this UK one.

The US server is actually cheaper too ironically.

Did somebody watch carefully enough, which posts were made just before the lag started? There's somebody keeping a close eye on what goes on in here, that's for sure at least.

Well, I made a post saying "you know what you've got to do" came back to edit it. (to post the Finnish flag for you) and everything froze. That was it for me, until this morning! :D

:D @ spec.

Thing is, if this UK server worked properly & consistently, it would be ideal for us, because when we originally took out the Inno deal in the early SZ days, Frog managed to get us a very good one...a 'special offer' if you like....and that is ongoing as long as we stay with that deal.

We've got so much bandwith space available to us for what we're paying....well lets just say TZ will not be exceeding it for a long time however big we grow.

I just wish they could sort these problems out properly, and that their customer service was a LOT better.

Apologies everyone....we were down for a couple of hours earlier with server issues again.

I got onto our server hosts straight away and they sorted it reasonably quickly thankfully

Another 'attack' on truth zone? Oh yes....and we all know where its coming from don't we....
