I haven't heard anything at all about Austria and Luxembourg and austerity for a long time, not since snippets like this were around:

www.nbcnews.com/id/43482868/ns/world_news-europe/t/thousands-luxembourg-protest-austerity-measures/

Does anyone know if these almost "secret" European countries that we so rarely hear about are in austerity, or not?

And Switzerland too. Is that in austerity?

There are some countries that seem not to ever really have been part of "Europe" but have always slipped under the radar, these three springing readily to mind. I know more about Bulgaria and Romania, Estonia and Poland than these three.

Are they "in it with us" really; or enclaves for the "elite"? Anyone know much about them at all?
