HOW THE JEWS TOOK GREAT BRITAIN

Historical Overview

IT ALL STARTED with The Edict of Expulsion of 1290 AD.

The Jews would have us believe that their expulsion from England by Edward I (reigned 1272-1307) was due to their money lending endeavors. The real reason was due to the Jews’ crime of blood ritual murders.

The Orthodox Christian historian of the 5th Century, Socrates Scholasticus, in his Ecclesiastical History, 7:16, recounts an incident about Jews killing a Christian child:

— “At a place near Antioch in Syria, the Jews, in derision of the Cross and those who put their trust in the Crucified One, seized a Christian boy, and having bound him to a cross they made, began to sneer at him. In a little while becoming so transported with fury, they scourged the child until he died under their hands.” —

Here are a few examples which led to the English expulsion of the Jews in 1290 AD:

It all started in1290

It all started in 1066, with the introduction of (((them))) by william the bastard in return for their financial backing for his crusade backed by the pope, which lead to on low estimates the extermination of one quarter of England's population.

I don't think that websites, where you have to pay a lot of money to gain access to any of the documents,
will help to answer the question "Who owns Britain's land?", gandmasterp rick of the dif pit.

Btw, just in case you missed it, there are a few unanswered questions and comments for you:

How the feck else do you suppose that land is ever bought and sold?
Without registered title nobody can sell or transfer land which rather gives the lie to that risible first post along with subsequent idiotic support for it on this thread.

According to the website "Who Owns England", Prince Charles (circumcised by the mohel Jacob Snowman) is the largest landowner.

"Prince Charles – Prince of Wales, Duke of Cornwall & Rothesay, High Steward of Scotland, Lord of the Isles, etc – is the largest private landowner in England. In his capacity as Duke of Cornwall, he owns an estate of some 135,000 acres, spread across 23 counties.

The Duchy of Cornwall is one of the strangest beasts in England’s still quasi-feudal political economy. It’s not a company (and so doesn’t pay Corporation Tax). It’s not a charity. It’s not a public body (though it is accountable to the Treasury, and Parliament) and it’s not subject to Freedom of Information law (though it is subject to requests under the Environmental Information Regulations, in its narrow capacity as a harbour-master). It is, in short, something of an anachronism – but one that has survived for nearly 700 years and continues to grow in size.

The Duchy was created in 1337 by Edward III, as a personal endowment for his son, the Black Prince. Ever since, its lands and revenues have belonged to the male heir to the throne – in recent times, Charles, Prince of Wales.

The Duchy is open about its size – “around 53,000 hectares” (c.130,000 acres; Kevin Cahill in 2001 estimated 141,000 acres) – and its website and annual accounts paint a reasonable, if incomplete, picture of its extent.

But others who have sought more details on what land it owns have been rebuffed (such as this attempt to use an EIR request to get a list of the Duchy’s land and properties). When I cheerfully asked the Duchy over email for a map of their landholdings, reply came there none. Well, it’s always worth a try.

But, dear reader, I’m not one to be easily put off. So I’ve searched high and low for every scrap of information on what the Duchy owns – from news stories, formal accounts and websites, to an academic study of when the Duchy’s lands were sold off by Parliament after the Civil War."

Much more here:

Read this you silly old fart!
What we need in this country is a debate about land, informed by facts. The obvious place to look for the facts is the three land registries of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Here we encounter two extraordinary but related anomalies: we have land registries that do not record the ownership of land at all and a second Domesday book that did record the ownership of all land in the UK but vanished. These facts are not unrelated.

First, the land registries. Most people think that this is where the ownership of all land in the UK is recorded. They are wrong. Formally created by the Land Registration Act 1925, the current three land registries only partly succeed where a series of earlier attempts failed, beginning in 1875. Before that, there were deed registries in most counties in the United Kingdom. The effort to create a land registry happened at roughly the same time as the publication in 1873 of the Return of Owners of Land, the so-called second or new Domesday Book, a coincidence that almost certainly led to the failure of the push for a registry.

The second Domesday of 1873 exposed the inequity of land ownership in Victorian Britain - that all land in the UK was then "owned" by just 4.5 per cent of the population, while 95.5 per cent of the population owned nothing, not even a blade of grass. Domestic home ownership was in its infancy at the end of the 19th century; most of the land was the property of a very small network of aristocratic families, most of which had dual links to the House of Commons and the Lords. Those who owned everything also had political control of everything.

The second Domesday recorded the ownership - yes, the word used was ownership - of at least 98 per cent of all land in the four countries of the then United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. The details of each owner's holding, name and address, together with the valuation of any land of more than one acre, were recorded and printed in four volumes running to 2,300 pages and containing 321,000 names and addresses. The details of the owners of less than an acre were recorded but not printed. And it was all completed in four years. The current Land Registry for England and Wales is at least 35 per cent short of that achievement after 86 years of trying, and in the age of computers.

The failure to record the ownership of land in the UK arises not from failures by the staff running the registries, but from the way they were constructed by lawyers on behalf of landowners. The land registries were designed to conceal ownership, not reveal it. Shocked by the detailed revelation of the actual acreage that they held, the great landowners did two things. First, they refused to register their land with the new land registry in 1875. Second, they had one of their own, the Hon George C Brodrick, Old Etonian warden of Merton College and second son of Queen Victoria's chaplain, the landowning 7th Viscount Midleton, damn the Returns in his 1881 work, English Land and English Landlords. No academic work relating to the Returns appeared subsequently until 2001.

Some of you guys are beyond clueless.
Have you ever bought or sold land in the UK or thought about how land can be passed on when the owner dies?
Without a registered title it is impossible.
Hence ALL land is registered as to ownership even Crown lands and Duchy lands are registered as such.
When a freeholder dies intestate (no will) and without issue ( no descendants) that freehold land reverts to the Crown. It is then registered and sold on with the proceeds going into Government - NOT the Queen's - coffers.

If the title deed is held overseas, then the land registry does not have to be informed who owns the deed.
Estimates are about one quarter of land is held overseas.
It could for instance be held by a British resident for tax reasons, or by others, but the information is not there.
Land can also be owned by private companies and trusts, and often these institutions can hide who are the beneficiaries, and shareholders, so just saying this land is held by this company, will not tell you anything about who owns that land.

It's all controlled by (((financial people))).

Aaaaarrrrggghhhhh.
(LOL).
John mate the deed can be held anywhere. It is a deed and these days deeds are electronic.
The land stays where it is.. here in the UK. It is registered as to ownership at the Land Registry.
If it is sold and the transaction takes place overseas it STILL has to be registered to the new owner with the Land Registry.
If that doesn't happen then the seller retains legal title to the land.
It would be a pretty mad land-buyer who would buy some land the which s/he cannot prove ownership of.
Say hedge fund A located in the Cayman islands buys Scottish Grouse Moor B from Hedge Fund C based in Panama.
That change in ownership has to be registered with the Land Registry.
Otherwise Hedge Fund A owns feck all legally and Hedge Fund C can carry on selling shoots or fracking on the Scottish Grouse Moor.
Business mate. Ownership demands title. :)

You do not see that just being owned by a company or trust blows your argument out the water on its own.
but even in detail your argument is crap.
The title dead is sold in exactly the same way as stocks or shares, or you give me those bank notes or by this paypal transaction, all of these happen without having to send written notes to British authorities.

It's you off topic mate.
With respect.
The thread title asks
Who owns Britain's land?
The answer to that is...
Those owners who have registered title lodged with the UK Land Registry.
Can an owner be a Hedge Fund?
Yep for sure.
Does there have to be a nominee named of the title?
Yep deffo.
Can anyone trace back to discover who that nominee represents?
Not without some expense and great difficulty.
Can UK land be therefore used as some sort of bolthole or smokescreen for iffy foreign money?
Possibly.
BUT
Big BUT.
The registered owner is liable to pay all rates, local taxes, UK taxes, fees and penalties arising from their ownership of the land.
I can't sell you my £6 million quid Scottish Grouse Moor for a nominal £1 in Panama because the aland Valuation for Stamp Duty ( land sales tax) is set by an agency of the UK Government. You pay Stamp Duty (sales tax) on £6 million quid to the UK exchequer. Irrespective of where you happen to live or how much YOU claim you bought my land for. The UK Taxman wins every time.
Not really worth it is it ?
Seriously minted people hide their 'iffy' money abroad for that self-same reason that the UK Land market is so tightly regulated.

So you're simply ignoring the information on post #72 then Gimp. The land registry is missing about 35 percent of land because the owners have not disclosed it on the registry, the land is registered as owned but the owners are concealed. You won't lose your land if you fail to register it in your own name.

I could own a car and have it registered in another persons name, that does not mean that they own the car, it means that they are keeping it, and are responsible to pay the tax etc... in the same way that a keeper in a zoo might be responsible for the welfare of specific animal, they will be registered for it's upkeep, but that does not mean they own it you numbskull.

if you look at the registration document for a vehicle in the UK, the 'keeper' is registered not the owner. The property owners are not obliged to say who they are, and often land is owned via another party on a register i.e. xyz solicitors. They don't really own the land though, they are holding the deeds on behalf of the owner and are not obliged to reveal who that is.

Three Corporations run the world: City of London, Washington DC and Vatican City
Posted by Shenali D Waduge On May 31, 2014 0 Comment

World events most of which are ‘engineered’ leave a trail that leads to the architects. We next discover that there are 3 cities on earth that come under no national authority, they have separate laws, they pay no taxes, they have their own police force and even possess their own flag of ‘independence’. These 3 cities control the economy, military onslaughts and the spiritual beings of those in powers. The 3 cities are actually corporations and they are the City of London, District of Columbia and the Vatican. Together they control politicians, the courts, educational institutions, food supply, natural resources, foreign policies, economies, media, and the money flow of most nations as well as 80% of the world’s entire wealth. Their ultimate aim is to build a totalitarian rule on a global scale where people will be divided into rulers and the ruled after they have depopulated the world to numbers they wish to rule over. What we need to understand is that the world does not work according to what we have been led to believe. We are drowning in misinformation.

.....

The Roman Empire prevails through the :

1. CITY OF LONDON INC

The City of London was formed when the Romans arrived in Great Britain 2000 years ago and started a trading post on the River Thames. Exactly 1000 years later William the Conqueror (King William III) gave sovereign status to the City of Londoners in 1694 allowing them to continue enjoying separate rights and privileges so long as they recognized him as King. The Kings that succeeded William however, decided to build a new capital city and named it Westminster. There have been numerous instances of the King and the City’s Mayor at loggerheads with each other.

.....

The City of London houses

Rothschild controlled ‘Bank of England’
Lloyds of London
The London Stock Exchange
All British Banks
The Branch offices of 384 Foreign Banks
70 USA Banks
Fleet Streets Newspaper and Publishing Monopolies
Headquarters for Worldwide Freemasonry
Headquarters for the worldwide money cartel known as ’THE CROWN’

.....

3. Vatican City

The Vatican City is not part of Italy or Rome. The Vatican is the last true remnant of the Roman Empire. The State of Israel is also said to be a Roman outpost. The Vatican’s wealth includes investments with the Rothschilds in Britain, France and US and with oil and weapons corporations as well. The Vatican’s billions are said to be in Rothschild controlled ‘Bank of England’ and US Federal Reserve Bank.

.....

The Fabian Society is one such entity which written in 1887 is a mixture of fascism, Nazism, Marxism and communism. It is not hard to now imagine that all these ‘ideologies’ would have also been engineered by the same people. It should come as no surprise then to discover that the Fabian Society is accredited with creating Communist China, Fascism in Italy and Germany and Socialism globally as well. How far people have been fooled and also explains the role played by the Fabian Society in formulating policies for the decolonized British Empire. It would also mean that quite a number of British educated natives given the mantle of leading the newly independent nations would have also been members of the Fabian society. The communist takeover of Russia too is said to be the work of the British Fabian Society financed by the City of London banking families.

A closer look at entities like the Bank Of International Settlements (BIS), International Monetary Fund (IMF), Club Of Rome, The Committee Of 300, the Central ‘Intelligence’ Agency (CIA), the Council On Foreign Relations, The Tri-Lateral Commission, The Bilderberg Groups, the ‘Federal’ Reserve System, the Internal Revenue Service(s), Goldman Sachs, Israel and the Israeli lobby, the Vatican, the City of London, Brussels, the United Nations, the Israeli Mossad, and Associated Press (AP) will reveal that they are all part of the Fabian Society which also controls the European Union.

A noteworthy quote is that of Australian Senator Chris Schacht who said in 2001 “You probably were not aware that us Fabians have taken over the CIA, KGB, M15, ASIO (Australian Security Intelligence Organization), IMF, the World Bank and many other organizations.”

Washington DC operates under a system of Roman Law and outside of the limitations established by the U.S. Constitution.

Therefore, it should not be a surprise that the name Capitol Hill derives from Capitoline Hill, which was the seat of government for the Roman Empire. If you look at the wall behind the podium in the House of Representatives, you will notice that on either side of the U.S. flag is the depiction of bundles of sticks tied together with an axe.

These are called fasci, hence the root word of fascism. This was the symbol of fascism in the Roman Empire, as it was under the Nazis and still is today. It is not a coincidence that these symbols are featured on the floor of Congress.

Most U.S. citizens believe the United States is a country and the president is its leader, but the U.S. is not a country, it is a corporation, and the president is not our leader, he is the president of the corporation of the U.S.

Roman law is the legal system of ancient Rome, including Roman Military Jurisdiction and the legal developments spanning over a thousand years of jurisprudence, from the Twelve Tables (c. 449 BC), to the Corpus Juris Civilis (AD 529) ordered by Eastern Roman Emperor Justinian I. The historical importance of Roman law is reflected by the continued use of Latin legal terminology in many legal systems influenced by it.

After the dissolution of the Western Roman Empire, the Roman law remained in effect in the Eastern Roman Empire. From the 7th century onward, the legal language in the East was Greek.

Roman law also denotes the legal system applied in most of Western Europe until the end of the 18th century. In Germany, Roman law practice remained in place longer under the Holy Roman Empire (963–1806). Roman law thus served as a basis for legal practice throughout Western continental Europe, as well as in most former colonies of these European nations, including Latin America, and also in Ethiopia. English and Anglo American common law were influenced also by Roman law, notably in their Latinate legal glossary (for example, stare decisis, culpa in contrahendo, pacta sunt servanda).[1] Eastern Europe was also influenced by the jurisprudence of the Corpus Juris Civilis, especially in countries such as medieval Romania (Wallachia, Moldavia, and some other medieval provinces/historical regions) which created a new system, a mixture of Roman and local law. Also, Eastern European law was influenced by the "Farmer's Law" of the medieval Byzantine legal system.
