Published 1988 - Check out the date on the eagle, its 2018

Its been suggested that Bitcoin could potentially be that world currency.

Recently its certainly come out of the shadows and gone from an obscure little known entity to something that is being touted on Wall Street by some big names in finance who are not only signalling that they are buying in, but boldly claiming its value will continue to increase.

You could say this "crypto" currency has curried flavour with the mainstream now, and its presence is beginning to be imprinted onto the general consciousness.

And it is a currency that transcends national borders and boundaries... so think about that.

I think this (bitcoin) could be it, seen them pushing it on finance sites and so on , mainstream.

I dont really understand the 'mining' side of bitcoin, but some people are sitting pretty after having been doing that for a few years + value of it going up.

Agree that they wont give up the power of the $ (and others) , it may be feigned though and this (bitcoin) might be one way of doing that.

And they call it decentralised currency right? If it gathers pace and becomes the currency of choice, thats rather ironic.

..the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) handed Israel a golden opportunity on a silver platter. Or, shall I say, a virtual gold opportunity. By deciding to tax bitcoin as an asset, like gold, the US Government effectively doomed bitcoin as a currency.

Digital currency exchange Coinbase raises $100 million, hits $1 billion valuation

Reuters August 11, 2017

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Digital currency exchange Coinbase announced on its blog on Thursday that it has raised $100 million in so-called "Series D" funding led by U.S. venture capital firm IVP, making it the first bitcoin start-up to achieve a valuation of at least $1 billion.

Start-ups with a $1 billion valuation are part of what is called a "unicorn" club in the venture capital industry. The $1 billion valuation was estimated by data and research provider Pitchbook.

Series D is generally the fifth stage of funding, following a seed investment, and series A through C rounds.

With the new investment, Coinbase has raised $217 million since it launched in 2012. It raised $75 million more than two years ago and then secured an additional $10.5 million in July 2016, Pitchbook data showed.

The other participants in Coinbase's Series D funding were Spark Capital, Greylock Partners, Battery Ventures, Section 32 and Draper Associates. Draper Associates was an investor in a previous financing round, Coinbase said.

The funds will be used to finance the company's expansion, Brian Armstrong, chief executive officer and founder of Coinbase, said on the company's blog. Specifically, Coinbase wants to increase the size of its engineering and customer support teams and open an office in New York for GDAX, the company's trading platform for institutional investors.

Coinbase, which operates in 32 countries, said it also wants to grow its investment in Toshi, a browser for the Ethereum network. Ethereum is blockchain, similar to that of bitcoin.

Armstrong said Coinbase is beginning to transition into the third phase of its expansion and wants to build digital currency applications for consumers.

"The key feature of this application will be that it dramatically lowers the hurdle for new digital currency applications to be developed and used by ordinary people," Armstrong said.

BANKERS' NEW SDR CRYPTO BLOCKCHAIN WILL ENSLAVE HUMANITY?? - Lynette Zang
Published on Aug 9, 2017

The new Chinese-created ACChain crypto currency blockchain will be the SDR-related world currency that will allow the international banking elite to digitize every tangible asset on earth, and they will then exert total control over all of it.

Lynette Zang explains:

"The goal is to capture your wealth, and when the say this is the LAST wealth transfer mechanism they mean it because they want it all. All of it."

Intel Software designer Brad peters takes it one step further, saying:

"If a global crypto coin controlled by the Bank For International Settlements (BIS) comes to internationalize PROPERTY onto their crypto blockchain, they get their one world government and one world currency all in the same stroke. This IS your 1988 (2018 prediction) Economist magazine cover."

What is The SDR?

In this webinar we will talk about what the SDR is, why the central banks want the SDR now and what has recently occurred with its make up and how this could affect the global financial system. As Jim Rickards puts it "the international monetary elite will await the next global liquidity crisis. When that crisis arrives, there will be massive issuances of SDR's to return liquidity to the world and cause global inflation. The result will be the end of the dollar as the leading global reserve currency.

I heard a new Bitcoin type was launching that only Jews can buy !
It was up to $4266 last time I looked a couple days ago - must have doubled in a couple o' weeks - someone told me to buy it at about 1800 that it was going to 4k and as high as 10k :O

If the biggest buyer of gold and SDR's is China what role does crypto currencies play - i don't get - ether and fiat mix / fiat has essentially gone , so China has been positioned by the globalists' to control it with a new gold backed dominance in the future?
Some say something is

Here's a longer version -

and here she again a couple days later -

then here she again last June / - is it all a game that only the banksters know how it plays out with all these various 'instruments' they can do another requisition of gold before gold starts to move significantly ? bitcoin wasn't a surprise to her it seems that only after a collapse / war , a re-set that puts us all into cyberspace will silver and gold be any good for barter - do they need to take out N.Korea to have complete global control ?

( I stopped in 2009 and still lost by not exiting a market down position - remember rodin !!! )

So is Bitcoin due any further relevance than standard fiat currency? If it's all most make it out to be then its gonna get controlled by the same fuckers currently ruining finance now.
Back to the gold standard, interest free loans with default late payment fines.
Money? Pfft, conjured out of thin air by the chosen few.

Judging by the amount of spam mail I get concerning bitcoin I see red flags. If it does become globally accepted there'll be a Rothschild rubbing it's greasy, blood stained paws together. The 'money lenders' now own the deeds to the temple.

It hit a low of 5800 usd but seems to have found support again, back up to 6400.

I have a feeling its going to hit 10k next.

Ethereum has been quite steady through the latter part of the year after climbing early on rather bitcoin like.

New all time highs just reached.

Nudging 8k USD per coin right now... people around the world are piling in right now after it recovered from a recent sell off down to around $5800 a few days ago.

I think 10k is coming now, but there will be sharp rises on the way followed by sharp falls as people take profits or have their stop losses triggered.

Survey: Bitcoin Investors Won't Sell Until Price Nears $200k/

The global currency that is bitcoin has a lot of interest right now.

Etherium rather steady, as the second biggest crypto by market cap.
