Interesting video, thanks. I should probably start eating more fermented foods and cook my meat/fish less... I had been eating it mostly raw as of late, seared on the outside because my mom gets upset otherwise, and I haven't really been eating as much seafood. But that needs to change. I think that nutrition and gut health really is the biggest step that one can take in searching for the truth. To have a healthy sound mind is of utmost importance. I've come to understand that recently.
