i know what you mean... its easier for me to not eat in the mornings also, i guess thats because after fasting while sleeping you can keep fasting easier.

But yes energy levels are down without food.

I tend to vary how much i eat in the morning depending on what i know i will be doing that day... more activity and I will eat earlier in the morning and more, or else its tough to get things done.
I remember the good old days, when 90+ year olds in nursing homes lived forever. Darn this pesky virus.

I don't want to feel tired and fatigued when the weather is warm.

Can't believe i wasted a few years of my life between 250lbs-270lbs.....

All i had to do was eat red meat....How did i not know this.

When i'm at the grocery now i always look in fat peoples carts and notice they are full of carbs and soda.

Food/Sugar addiction is just as real as alcohol, cigarettes and drugs.

Yes and some of these people actually believe a packet of chips/crisps, bleached pasta, boxed cereal or mass produced 'bread' is better for you than a slab of cooked meat, especially fatty meat.

When im food shopping I just see aisles and aisles of what i consider poison for the body tbh, I just walk past so much of it.

The fatter the person, the more soda, box cereal and other carbs you will see in their cart. :hahano:

Funny how DS and Renegade see eye to eye on this..:lmao: ie anti keto and carnivore. Theres hope for Sinead and Anglin to be pals just yet? :lmao: :joker:

Anyway... Dots, did you do caffeine at all?

I was thinking, a little bit of high quality coffee in the morning in ph8 water, no sugar or sweeteners of course... a dollop of butter melted and mixed in. This helps curb morning hunger and allows to fast for a while longer, as well as the caffeine giving a kick start to be active.

I noticed in a vid flare put up, the rock caffeines up first thing.

I know coffee has negative effects etc, but in moderation it may help rather than hinder.

^ Well... heh... it seems logical to me that a ‘meat only’ diet isn’t that healthy at all.

Since where do all the vitamins and minerals have to come from then..?

Sounds more like a (((meat diet))) to me.

Yea i do the butter and coffee every other day or so because coffee is hard on my stomach.

My thing now that i find helps alot are electrolyte supplements. I use these. Basically a healthy version of Gatorade.

Neither Sinead or Anglin are fat so they probably have no problem eating carbs. Anglin still understands that fat people need to cut carbs.
Help for Fat People: Carb Regulation is the Solution to Fatness
Andrew Anglin
Daily Stormer
March 27, 2019

I write a lot about health and fitness. Sometimes I write for a young athletic audience and sometimes I write for a general Western audience of people with weight management problems.

Today, I would like to talk to people with weight management problems.

It is no secret that I hate fat people. However, I also understand that many fat people are fat as a result of a lack of information about the nature of our food supply and the way our bodies react to foods, rather than straight gluttony. Somehow, we all go through 12-16 years of school, and no one bothers to explain to us how not to be fat. If they ever mention the issue, they give totally false information about “red meat” and tell people to exercise.

And their exercise advice is also horrible. But you do not need to exercise in order to not be fat.

So, allow me to just lay out some basics of the nature of fatness and how to manage it if you have become fat.

Carbs are the Key
I have been critical of the “no-carb” keto diet, but it is important to understand that they are right on the basic issue that if you eat zero carbs, you will lose weight, no matter what.

The “no matter what” includes eating until you are not hungry anymore and literally never exercising.

That is very key here: although exercise is something fundamental to life, a “sedentary lifestyle” does not cause obesity (it causes all kinds of problems, obesity just isn’t one of them).

The reverse is also true: if you’re going hard at the gym, and doing it right, you can pretty much get away with eating anything. The one exception there is regular beer consumption, due to the way it causes the body to produce estrogen. But that’s not what we’re talking about today.

The problems I have with the keto diet are twofold:

It leads to low-energy, which can cause people to give up
If you’re fit and healthy, it is completely unnecessary and prevents gains at the gym
It could cause some long-term health effects – it seems like it would – but that isn’t really clear.

But the reality is, if you are overweight, the only easy and surefire way to lose weight is to focus on regulating carb intake.

Before you start into that, however, the key thing that needs to be done is to cut out all processed foods, completely.

The things that need cut immediately are these:

Beer
Sugary drinks
All forms of dessert food and just sugar in general
Bread of all kinds
Pasta
Cereals
Any food that comes in a box
Milk (yes, this is a processed food, unless it is raw, which is almost impossible for most people to get)
Weird cooking oils (basically all cooking oils other than butter)
Weird sauces
Oh and don’t use artificial sweetners. These are poisons that mess with neurobiology basically tell your brain to gain weight.

So you should have a diet that amounts to:

Meat
Fish
Eggs
Vegetables
Fruits
And your carbs should come from:

White rice (not brown rice)
Potatoes (excluding chips, French fries and potatoes otherwise fried in poisonous oils)
Other tubers
Once you’ve got that all cleaned up, you can settle into it. You will already be losing weight, and if you’re eating the white rice and/or potatoes, it shouldn’t effect your energy levels for more than a couple weeks. You will have an energy drop in the early stages if you’re cutting out sugar and pizza and burgers, because these are highly addictive foods.

There will be withdrawal symptoms similar to what a drug addict has, to whatever degree, and that is something you just have to push through. Having good steak and pork chops and so on should help you deal with that.

But after that initial shock to the system, you won’t experience the energy drop that comes along with cutting carbs.

So then, you probably need to start cutting the carbs. Probably. Depending on how fat you are and how fast you want to lose the weight. You would then switch to a keto type system to whatever degree, restricting carbs as much as you can.

If you want to rapidly drop your weight: Six days a week, eat meat and vegetables only (not including potatoes which are technically a vegetable), eat until you are full. But don’t eat carbs. Once a week, have a day where you eat carbs.

If you do this YOU WILL experience lower energy. That is simply a fact. This theory about fat being able to replace carbs as an energy source is just nonsense. It can be used as an energy source – obviously, this is the entire reason that the body stores fat – but it is never going to provide the same amount of energy as carbs.

If you want to lose more weight at a slower pace, and can’t manage the energy loss, simply regulate the amount of carb intake as far as you can manage and keep your energy levels up. If you’re only eating rice and potatoes as carb sources, you’re already going to be consuming fewer carbs, because unlike bread, pasta and other processed carbs, these things are not addictive.

Once you reach a healthy weight, you will be eating a normal amount of carbs. I am in peak physical condition myself, and I consume between 25-35% of my daily calories in the form of carbs, because that amount of carbs is necessary to fuel my workouts and to make mad gains.

I also cheat a whole lot. Sometimes after a hard workout, I just go eat a bunch of donuts and ice cream. Of course, I make sure my basic micro-nutritional needs are met first, which is the key. I eat huge amounts of meat and green vegetables.

Getting healthy is not like swearing a vow of celibacy. Once you’re in control of things and working out regularly, cheating is very easy.

The Endgame
Your goal should be to get in tune with your body and to understand what it needs. Eventually, once the system is regulated, what your body needs will be the same thing your hunger tells you you want. The body will self-regulate, and you will eat as many carbs as you need because your body will be telling you how many carbs you need.

But you can’t have a working, self-regulating system while you are overweight. Being overweight is a sign that your body simply isn’t working properly. At all. It is a sign of hormonal problems from consuming poison.

If you are overweight, your first life priority needs to be correcting that situation, and there is going to be pain involved in that. If you are too weak to fix it, then really, you should just kill yourself, because if you can’t control your own body than you will never be able to have control over anything else in your life.

I’m serious.

I’m not blaming anyone for being fat if they’ve never had the information I’m giving you right now. There is so much bullshit out there, telling people to “just eat salads and go jogging” and so on, that I don’t blame anyone who is fat who doesn’t have the correct information.

This is a biological warfare program on par with the opioid epidemic.

But I’ve just given you the correct information, as I do on a weekly basis here on the world’s number one Men’s Health Website.

So use it. Get yourself together.

And This is Important
You can’t get healthy because you want to get laid, or for any other reason that has to do with other people.

You have to do it because you care about and respect yourself, and have a responsibility to maintain control over your own body. That is the only way this is going to work, and you need to go into it with that mindset.

Women may or may not respond to you better because you’re healthier, but that is a secondary concern and it is something that you have no control over.

Just like delicious pizza and beer that destroys your body, women are an illusion and a temptation of the physical realm of the demiurge, sent by the demon god to destroy your eternal soul.

The first principle of life is that you only have control over yourself, and you must make that the focus of everything you do.

Just so, don’t compare yourself to others. Whether you justify your fatness by comparing yourself to the average disgusting slob, or you judge yourself because you’re not as fit as some other guy, you’re doing it wrong. Everything you do should be about being the best you you can be.

Your body is the representation of your eternal soul, made manifest in the physical world. Being fat is a crime against God and a crime against yourself.

We are nothing but strangers in this world, and we have a home on a higher plane. Our duty is only to do the best we can to overcome the lord of this world during this short time we are here.

Gatorade has too much sugar. Same with all the other pre-bottled sports drinks.

I use the electrolyte supplements for the magnesium, zinc, potassium ect....

Idiocracy is prophetic movie though...

Well second day without carbs here, ive decided to give Keto a shot... will see how it goes and if i can keep it up.

I feel a bit wierd, but nothing too bad...id had a bit too much sugar the past week, on account of being on all day long road trip across state lines a couple of times and eating and drinking whatever shite i could get to keep me going, but this isnt the first time ive gone cold turkey on sugar...ive not gone without the odd carb before though, so we shall see.
I remember the good old days, when 90+ year olds in nursing homes lived forever. Darn this pesky virus.

I cant knock anything he said there.

Im going to try keto but im not anti carb.. i know if you just reduce your calorie intake, weight will be lost.. that can be with or without carbs... and especially good carbs, ie shit that isnt crappy junk food full of chemical, fillers and GMO soy.

Keto fanatics seem to also be against fruit, especially sugary fruit, but as ive said before, ive eaten a lot of fruit and it does not make me gain weight like added sugar in food/drinks or fast food can.

Carbs aint all the same nor are sugars, imo. Anything in a box is bad, as anglin said there... if its off a tree or plant, not so bad, especially if its not chemically grown etc.

I actually have a few different stonefruit trees of my own, will be a while before anything is on them again though, so i'll be giving fruit a miss for a while because of that and i wont buy any other fruit for a while, see what happens. :hahano: Just meat, veg, good cheeses, good oil and butter etc.

This is the moment a restaurant owner butchers a deer leg in front of Vegan protesters and really riles them up. Chef Michael Hunter is co-owner of Antler in Toronto.
