This is Doomsday Hall's vehicle, we commandeered it from a deserted army base.
We use it for occasional trips into the ravaged post-apoc cities and towns to pick up tinned food, medicines, guns and ammo etc; its armour and bulletproof glass gives us protection against the mobs bullets, we're kool.. :cool2:

Like I said earlier, forget your air rifles and knives you would be at a distinct disadvantage..

Horses for courses.
Regarding firearms, rifles would be best for shooting bigger game like deer at longish range, and for picking off trespassing mobs.
Handguns and shotguns would be okay for close-range self-defence work, and the shotguns could also bring down game birds.
Bows and crossbows wouldn't have the same hitting power as firearms but would be a good alternative when the bullets run out.
Air rifles, catapults and dart-firers would be good for shooting small food items like bunnies, or fish just below the surface.
Doomsday Hall's workshop (below) is where assorted weaponry and tools etc would be produced-

Shotguns are little to no use for hunting any small game, you end up with a carcas full of holes and lead..

And yet people hunt grouse and other game birds with shotguns, don't they mind eating them with the pellets still in them?
