Recently got a mini PC for my van and am running Linux Mint on it. I refused to buy any Microsoft OS, including XP, though I will probably dual boot XP on it (once I work out how to slipstream drivers into the install so that XP can read the SSD drive) for some applications, though predominantly for Media Monkey.
You cannot reason someone out of a position that they didn't reason themselves into.

When paired opposites define your beliefs, your beliefs will imprison you.

Linux mint is a great little OS, I slightly prefer linux Lite though, which is basically a lighter version of mint, it's my ubuntu based OS of choice. It's not as slick or stable as Manjaro fxce, or sabayon mate though, which are both rolling releases i.e no need to upgrade to the latest version. ;)

OK Zorro, I've bookmarked the LinuxLite site and shall try it later when I feel a little braver. I've already fucked up one and half times today so I'll pause till it all passes. Thank you.
