Australia and New Zealand don't seem to get mentioned much in TZ, is that because they're peaceful quiet paradises where nothing controversial ever happens, and everybody loves the politicians or what?
A bunch of my old schoolpals emigrated to Oz many years ago, but when I wanted to go myself later they wouldn't have me because I hadn't got a trade or a job to go to (sniffle).
I made enquiries about getting a job as a Forest Ranger but was told "vacancies are too few and far between".
I suppose I could have sneaked in on a holiday visa then married an Aussie sheila so they couldn't deport me, but I let it drop..:)
How about it Skip?

I worked offshore W. Australia. Spent some time in Perth. I didn't mingle with Ozzie crew much. They had bad table manners. They would enter the galley in flip flops, shorts, no shirt, and baseball caps. That's a no no on a Murican oil rig

I picked up a nice Filipino girl at the casino outside the hotel, that was nice :)
You can't fix stupid
