Senior NYPD officials said six people were feared to have been killed by police are yet to publicly confirm the total number of fatalities.

Reuters cited senior law enforcement officials who said the incident was being treated as terrorism.

Singer Josh Groban also tweeted after hearing 'gun shots' while out walking his dog.

'Oh my god I just heard gun shots and ran with my dog. Downtown. F***,' he said.

Others ran for their lives as they watched the truck plow into pedestrians after veering off the road.

Shocking video footage from the scene showed cyclists lying on the ground with their bikes smashed in to pieces around them. By-passers were seen tending to them as they awaited medical attention.

At a press conference on Tuesday afternoon, New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio said it was a 'painful day' for the city.

The proximity of the attack site to Ground Zero was a painful reminder of the day, he said.

'Based on the information we have, this was an act of terror and a particularly cowardly act of terror aimed at innocent civilians, people going about their lives.'

He was joined by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo who prayed for those killed.

'It reminds us all how precious life is. They left the house the morning, they were enjoying the beautiful west side of Manhattan on a beautiful fall day and now they will not be returning home.

'That shock and that pain is going to be very real,' he said.

NYPD Commissioner James O'Neill confirmed the driver's movements. He would not release his identity or nationality, saying it was too early in the investigation to share such details.

President Trump acknowledged the attack on Twitter, describing the perpetrator as a 'sick' individual.

'In NYC, looks like another attack by a very sick and deranged person. Law enforcement is following this closely. NOT IN THE U.S.A.!' he said.

First Lady Melania Trump, who was in Manhattan when the attack occurred, said: 'My heart breaks for NYC today.

'Thoughts & prayers as we monitor the situation.'

How terrorists have turned to vans and lorries to murder hundreds of people in a matter of months

Today’s terror attack in New York is chillingly similar to a spate of killings in Europe in recent months where vehicles were used.

It is believed six people were killed by a truck driver who mowed them down on a bike path in lower Manhattan.

The driver made his way from Houston Street down towards Tribeca where he mounted the bike path on the West Side Highway shortly after 3pm.

After striking several cyclists and runners, he came to a stop when his truck crashed into a school bus beneath the Tribeca bridge.

But it is not the first time a vehicle has been used to carry out mass murder in Western Europe with similar atrocities taking place in Britain, France , Germany, Spain and Stockholm and claiming well over 100 lives.

In August, Barcelona terrorist Younes Abouyaaqoub calmly walking away seconds after ploughing a van into crowds on the Ramblas murdering 14 people.

Abouqaaqoub was part of a 12-man cell who brought terror to Barcelona on August 17 and 18.

Hours after the Ramblas attack, five other members of the gang ploughed into pedestrians in the nearby seaside town of Cambrils before they went on the rampage with an axe and large knives, stabbing one person to death.

A driver has deliberately ploughed a van into pedestrians in Barcelona killing at least 13 and wounding dozens

On Bastille Day in the summer of last year, 86 people were killed when a truck was driven through crowds enjoying fireworks in Nice

Low tech attacks using stolen and hired vehicles to randomly rammed into crowds, have been increasingly used by terrorists unable to get hold of guns and explosives.

In June a team of jihadists used a hire van to drive through pedestrians at London Bridge before going on the rampage with knives

'Whether they are going to be permanent or temporary, time will tell. It is very difficult to stop, nigh on impossible.'

Before today's attack there had been a series of atrocities using cars and trucks in 2016 and 2017.

In June a team of jihadists used a hire van to drive through pedestrians at London Bridge before going on the rampage with knives.

On March 22, Khalid Masood, 52, drove a Hyundai 4x4 over Westminster Bridge, mowing down members of the public before crashing into a fence beside Big Ben.

He then got out of the car and attacked PC Keith Palmer with a knife.

Masood was shot twice by police and died when he was taken to hospital.

Five people died in the attack, including PC Palmer.

In April, in central Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, a hijacked truck was deliberately driven into crowds before being crashed through a corner of a department store

The day after the Westminster attack, a man in Antwerp drove into a crowded shopping area in the Belgian city in an attempted attack, but no one was injured.

In April, in central Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, a hijacked truck was deliberately driven into crowds before being crashed through a corner of a department store.

An ISIS-inspired massacre took place in Germany when a terrorist drove a truck through a Christmas market in Berlin .

Twelve people were killed in the attack on December 19.

Anis Amri stole a cargo truck and killed 12 people when he drove through a Christmas market next to the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church at Breitscheidplatz.

Among the dozen people killed was the original driver of the truck Lukasz Urban who was found dead with a gunshot wound in the passenger street.

An ISIS-inspired massacre took place in Germany when a terrorist drove a truck through a Christmas market in Berlin

Amri was a Tunisian who had failed to gain asylum status in the country. He was killed in Milan four days later after an international manhunt.

But the most deadly was the driver of a tractor-trailer who targeted Bastille Day revelers in the southern French city of Nice in July 2016.

On the evening of July 14, a 19-tonne cargo truck was driven into crowds on the Promenage des Anglais.

ISIS fanatic Mohamed Lahouaiej-Bouhlel was behind the wheel and after exchanging gunfire with police, the Tunisian migrant was shot dead.

Thousands had gathered on the seafront to watch the fireworks that night. 86 of them died and 434 were injured.

New York terror truck driver pledged allegiance to ISIS: Uzbek man, 29, who killed eight and injured 15 with his vehicle while shouting Allahu Akbar near Ground Zero left behind notes and a flag

- Police insiders say Uzbek man Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov, 29, is the terrorist who killed civilians Tuesday
- Eight people are dead and 15 people have been injured after he drove for a mile down a bike path
- He immigrated to the US in 2010 and has lived in Ohio and Florida, and currently resides in New Jersey
- Saipov has two trucking companies registered under his name, and also worked as an Uber driver
- One man who knew him said he was very friendly and good with kids, but feared having his photo taken
- Saipov allegedly mounted West Side Highway bike path at 3.05pm on Tuesday at Houston Street
- He then continued southbound for 17 blocks, mowing down pedestrians, runners and cyclists, cops said
- Only when he crashed into a school bus at Chambers Street did he stop; two kids were hurt, one critically
- The man was then seen brandishing two fake guns before being shot in the stomach by an NYPD officer
- He survived he is out of surgery. ISIS flags and notes pledging his allegiance were found in the truck he used
- Police are investigating a Home Depot in Passaic where Saipov is believed to have rented the truck

The man who allegedly ran down cyclists and pedestrians along 17 Manhattan blocks pledged his allegiance to ISIS before his attack, it has emerged.

Police sources say Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov, 29, entered a bicycle path at Houston Street at 3.05pm and drove downtown, knocking down victims before smashing into a school bus at Chambers Street, exiting and shouting 'Allahu Akbar'.

He then waved a paintball gun in one hand and a pellet gun in the other, and was shot in the abdomen by a police officer. He has now exited surgery and police are waiting for him to wake up before they question him.

Images of ISIS flags were found in his truck, as well as handwritten notes pledging his allegiance to the terrorist group, insiders told the New York Post.

As the horrific toll - currently at eight dead and at least 15 injured, including one child in critical condition - climbed up, details began to emerge about Saipov's life.

He was an Uzbekistan native who had lived in the US for seven years, ran two trucking companies and was a 'friendly' Uber driver, sources claim.

And although he was reportedly found with a Florida ID when arrested, he had lived most recently in New Jersey, and ran two trucking companies located in Ohio.

He was also said to be a friendly Uber driver who was good with kids - and did not like people taking his photo.

Sayfullo Saipov has been identified by police insiders as the man who ran down more than a dozen civilians in New York on Tuesday from Florida. He's said to be the man on the ground; the terrorist was shot in the stomach after leaving his truck

Saipov (seen left) was allegedly seen moments before he was shot trying to flee the scene. The attacker (right) brandished two fake weapons - a pellet gun and a paint gun - after getting out of the truck, leading to him being shot

Saidpov is reportedly seen here holding his two fake guns after climbing out of the Home Depot truck. He ran about a block south of the crash before being shot

This is the rented Home Depot truck that plowed through cyclists and runners on the bicycle path. It only stopped when Saipov allegedly deliberately struck a schoolbus at an intersection

The side of the bus had crumpled in, collapsing onto the chairs - and children - inside. Two children and two adults were hospitalized after the crash. One of the children was in critical condition

Shattered bicycles are seen here on the West Side Highway bike path where eight people were killed and at least 15 more injured. At least five of those who were killed had rented Citibikes before they were hit

Police were investigating this Home Depot in Passaic, New Jersey, where he's believed to have rented the truck. Saipov had ID linking him to Florida, but had most recently been living in Paterson, New Jersey, police claimed

(VIDEO: Frantic moments after school bus was struck in NYC truck attack)

Saipov is originally from Uzbekistan, but immigrated to the US in 2010, and at the time of his arrest he was holding an identification card that listed his home as Tampa, Florida.

However police say that he was most recently living in Paterson, New Jersey. Investigators are now combing a Home Depot in Passaic, New Jersey, where he is believed to have picked up the truck and may have left his own vehicle. A white minivan was seen surrounded by police tape.

Kobiljon Matkarov, 37, of Maimisburg, Ohio, said that he met Saipov five years ago, and they bonded over their shared Uzbek heritage.

'He is very good guy, he is very friendly… he is like little brother… he look at me like big brother,' he told The New York Post.

He said Saipov had been working as an Uber driver in New Jersey this summer, and that the alleged terrorist had driven him, his wife and their five children to New York's JFK airport during a recent trip to their home country.

Saipov was very friendly, he said, and good with children: 'My kids like him too, he is always playing with them. He is playing all the time,' he said - but added that when one of the children asked to take a photo with him, Saipov refused. 'He no like that. He said no,' Matkarov said.
This Paterson, New Jersey apartment is believed to be registered to Saipov. Police said that a picture of an ISIS flag was found in his truck, as well as handwritten notes pledging allegiance to the so-called Islamic State

Matkarov said he was shocked by the claim that his friend had murdered and injured two dozen people, and that he didn't know of any terrorist connections he may have had.

Uber told The New York Post on Tuesday night: 'We are horrified by this senseless of violence. Our hearts are with the victims and their families. We have reached out to law enforcement to provide our full assistance.'

The company said that he had passed a background check by the company and that they are now 'aggressively' reviewing his history with them, although they had not yet found any 'concerning safety reports.'

The company added that he has been banned from the app.

According to public records, Saipov worked as a commercial truck driver and has previously lived in Ohio. It's unclear how long he had been in New Jersey or New York prior to the attack.

He also has two businesses registered to Ohio: Sayf Motors Inc. was registered in Hamilton County from May 2011, and is located in an apartment in Cincinnati; and Bright Auto LLC was registered in Cuyahoga Falls from August 2013 and is located in another apartment.

Bright Auto LLC is an active carrier registered with the U.S. Department of Transportation. Records show that the trucking company has one truck and one driver.

The company said it could not confirm if the suspect had rented the vehicle, but they are cooperating with police.

Saipov also has a minor criminal record for traffic offenses in Missouri and Pennsylvania.

He provided an address in St Charles County, Missouri, for the 2016 Missouri traffic violation, which shows the location is registered address for STL Logistics LLC. That company had a Freightliner tractor and semi-trailer registered, records show.

Court records show that he was stopped in Mount Holly Springs Borough, Pennsylvania, on March 2015. Saipov provided an address in St Charles County, Missouri for that traffic violation, which shows the location is registered address for STL Logistics LLC.

Saipov, who provided authorities with an address in Paterson, New Jersey, pleaded guilty to a single charge of maximum length of a single trailer and paid fees associated with the citation.

Uzbekistan is not on Donald Trump's proposed travel ban list.

This Paterson, New Jersey apartment is believed to be registered to Saipov. Police said that a picture of an ISIS flag was found in his truck, as well as handwritten notes pledging allegiance to the so-called Islamic State

Video footage seen by DailyMail.com suggested that injured people were being treated around every 10 feet along the bike lane struck by the truck.

Among those killed were five Argentinians in New York for a class of 1987 school reunion, according to the Argentine government. They were named as Ariel Erlij, Hernán Diego Mendoza, Diego Enrique Angelini, Alejandro Damián Pagnucco and Hernán Ferruchi.

The statement said that 'a sixth victim, Martin Ludovico Marro, is hospitalized at the Presbyterian Hospital of Manhattan recovering from injuries suffered [and is] out of danger'.

'The compatriots, from the city of Rosario, were part of a group of friends celebrating the 30th anniversary of their graduation from the polytechnic school of that city when the tragic event occurred,' it continued.

'The consulate general continues working in permanent contact with the police authorities and the hospital that received the affected, as well as with the relatives in Argentina.

'We accompany the families in this terrible moment of deep pain, which all Argentines share.'

Five members of this group of Argentinian friends were killed when a terrorist ran them and others down in New York on Tuesday. The murdered men are Hernán Diego Mendoza (far left), Alejandro Damián Pagnucco (second from left), Ariel Erlij (third from left), Diego Enrique Angelini (second from right) and Hernán Ferruchi (third from right). A sixth friend, Martin Ludovico Marro (not pictured), was injured

Ariel Erlij (left) was one of the Argentinians killed in the attack. He ran a steel mill in his home country, and had paid for the flights of several of his friends. Alejandro Pagnucco (right, believed to be pictured with his wife and children) was also killed

Diego Enrique Angelini (left) was also killed in the attack, as was Hernán Diego Mendoza (right). The other man killed in the incident was Hernán Ferruchi. A sixth Argentinian victim, Martin Ludovico Marro, was hospitalized

Erlij, 48, was a steel mill owner who had paid for flights for several of his friends so they could attend, according to local Argentine newspapers, The Guardian reported.

Marro is an immigrant scientist who has lived in the Massachusetts city of Newton for seven years; last week he and his wife held a fundraiser for Republican Newton City Councilor James Cote.

Tom Mountain, chairman of the Newton Republican City Committee, said the couple are 'kind, caring and wonderful people,' and said that the 'horror show' attack had left the committee 'absolutely stunned.'

Before his death, Pagnucco had shared a photograph of himself in New York with a Facebook group dedicated to the multiplayer war video game War Machines, in which he played as a tank commander with the nickname 'Janus'.

In a post on the group, one of its members remembered him as an 'excellent person [with] spotless conduct,' adding, 'you really are a friend to all of us and we're going to miss you... May you rest in peace for all eternity.'

Argentina was not the only foreign country whose citizens were caught up in the attack.

Didier Reynders, deputy prime minister and foreign affairs minister for Belgium, confirmed that a Belgian was among the killed and three others were wounded.

The slain victim was a woman from Roeselare who was visiting New York with her sister and mother, Reynders told Belga. It's unclear whether her family are the other Belgian victims, or - if so - who the third injured person might be.

'I am deeply saddened to announce a Belgian victim in Manhattan,' Reynders tweeted. 'I express my condolences to the family and friends.'

He said the three others that were hurt were 'in the operating room'.

Marro (left, with Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker, center, and Marro's wife Mariana Dagatti, right, at a Republican fundraiser last week) is an immigrant scientist who has lived in Newton, Mass., for seven years

Saipov turned on to the bike track at Houston Street then drove for 17 blocks southbound. The pathway leads from Greenwich Village down to Tribeca. Saipov drove the full distance, only coming to a stop when he hit a school bus at Chambers Street

The area is just seven blocks from Ground Zero and is a stone's throw from City Hall. Among the dead were five Argentinians who were in town for a school reunion holiday together. A sixth member of the group was hospitalized

Saipov is pictured left in an arrest photo after he failed to pay a traffic citation in St. Charles County, Missouri 2016. He was shot and wounded by Officer Ryan Nash (pictured right), a five-year veteran of the NYPD

Saipov was was shot by hero NYPD officer Ryan Nash, 28. Nash was attending to a 2:35pm report of a suicidal 17-year-old girl at nearby Stuyvesant High School when he confronted the alleged terrorist.

The suspect refused to drop his weapons, police said, so Nash shot and arrested him.

In a press conference earlier in the day, NYPD Commissioner James O'Neill applauded Nash's heroism without naming him, saying: 'I want to commend the response of our NYPD officer that was on post near the location who stopped the carnage moments after it began.'

Despite the day's terrifying events, New Yorkers still took to the streets to attend both Halloween parties and the annual Halloween Parade up 6th Avenue.

Tens of thousands of zombies, vampires, ghouls and ghosts packed out the streets - protected by a ramped-up police presence.

Streets connecting to 6th Avenue were blocked off not just with barriers, but with heavy vehicles capable of stopping cars that might attempt to bust through.

Heavy arms units were also on the scene, as well as thousands of NYPD officers.

New York Mayor Bill De Blasio and Governor Andrew Cuomo were also present - thought not in costume - as a show of strength against the terrorist attack.

In a press conference on Tuesday night, both men promised that New York would stand tall.

'We know this action was intended to break out spirit,' De Blasio said. 'But we also know New Yorkers are strong, resilient and our spirit will never be moved by an act of violence or an act meant to intimidate us.'

Cuomo (seen on the left of both images) and De Blasio (to his right) both joined in the Halloween parade. They were seen waving to crowds and clapping as the event rolled on

Also in the press conference, De Blasio said: 'Based on the information we have, this was an act of terror and a particularly cowardly act of terror aimed at innocent civilians, people going about their lives,' he said, but promised that New York would not bow.

De Blasio was joined by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo who prayed for those killed.

'It reminds us all how precious life is. They left the house the morning, they were enjoying the beautiful west side of Manhattan on a beautiful fall day and now they will not be returning home.

'That shock and that pain is going to be very real,' he said.

First Lady Melania Trump, who was in Manhattan when the attack occurred, said: 'My heart breaks for NYC today. Thoughts & prayers as we monitor the situation.'

Rabi Chaim Zacklos, who works at a school near the scene, told DailyMail.com he was rushing his students away as the FBI and police shouted at them to stay back.

He said the suspect started hitting cyclists on Chambers on the cross section with the West Side bike path. He then got out of the car and was shot by police at the intersection with Warren and the bike path.

He didn’t hear anyone shout anything. He was one block south on Murray at the time.

President and First Lady Trump both shared their thoughts on the attack on Twitter

‘ISIS lives forever’: Uzbek man, 29, who killed eight and injured 15 with his vehicle

while shouting Allahu Akbar in New York left behind notes and a flag pledging loyalty to terror group

- Ride-hailing firm said he passed background checks made more than 1,400 trips during six month service
- Documents reveal how he got married on April 12, 2013 to Uzbek Nozima Odilova, who was 19 at the time
- Saipov allegedly mounted West Side Highway bike path at 3.05pm on Tuesday at Houston Street
- He survived and is out of surgery. A note pledging his allegiance to ISIS was found in the truck he used
- Police are investigating a Home Depot in Passaic where Saipov is believed to have rented the truck

He has now come out of surgery and police are waiting for him to wake up before they question him.

Images of ISIS flags were found in his truck, as well as a handwritten note pledging his allegiance to the terrorist group.

As the horrific toll - currently at eight dead and at least 15 injured, including one child in critical condition - climbed up, details began to emerge about Saipov's life.

He was an Uzbekistan native who had lived in the US for seven years and ran two trucking companies located in Ohio, sources claim.

The ride-hailing company Uber said Saipov passed its background check and drove for the service for six months, making more than 1,400 trips.

Documents reveal how he got married on April 12, 2013 to Nozima Odilova, who was 19 at the time. Both list Tashkent, Uzbekistan, as their hometown.

DRAWN TO FLORIDA

Authorities said Saipov had a Florida driver's license and some public records showed an address for him at a Tampa apartment complex.

Residents at that complex said FBI agents came by Tuesday evening and conducted interviews.

Michael Roberts, 30, an overnight shift worker, said he was asleep when the agents showed up at about 5.30pm but that they interviewed his cousin. He said both he and his cousin had moved in only a week ago and had never heard of Saipov.

A friend who met Saipov in Florida, Kobiljon Matkarov, told The New York Times and the New York Post that he seemed like a 'very good guy.'

'My kids like him too. He is always playing with them,' Matkarov told the Post.

NEW JERSEY TIES

Officials said Saipov was living recently in New Jersey, where he allegedly rented a Home Depot pickup truck an hour before driving it onto the bike path.

On Tuesday night, police investigating the deadly rampage surrounded a white Toyota minivan with Florida plates parked in the parking lot of a Home Depot in Passaic, New Jersey.

The van was parked near the company's rental trucks.

UBER DRIVER

The ride-hailing company Uber said Saipov passed its background check and drove for the service for six months, making more than 1,400 trips.

The company said it banned him from the service after the attack. It said it was in touch with the FBI and offered its assistance and that it was reviewing Saipov's driving history but found no related safety reports.

COMMERCIAL TRUCK DRIVER

Records show Saipov was a commercial truck driver who formed a pair of businesses in Ohio.

The first business, Sayf Motors Inc., used the address of a family friend near Cincinnati with whom Saipov had stayed for a couple of weeks after his arrival in the country.

The second, Bright Auto LLC, used an address near Cleveland.

A trucking industry website listed Saipov at a Paterson, New Jersey, address that authorities were searching Tuesday night. Court records related to trucking-related infractions list Saipov with addresses in Paterson and the Cleveland suburbs.

According to the records, a warrant was issued for Saipov's arrest in April 2016 when he missed a hearing on a misdemeanor for not having the right brakes on his vehicle. He resolved the case in November 2016 by pleading guilty and paying $200 in fines and court costs.

NO DIGITAL FOOTPRINT

No social media accounts linked to Saipov emerged immediately after the attack, but there were possible clues to his personal life.

A marriage license filed in Summit County, Ohio, lists a man by the name of Sayfulloh Saipov marrying Nozima Odilova on April 12, 2013 when she was about 19. It lists the same Cleveland-area apartment noted as the headquarters of Bright Auto LLC.

The license lists Saipov as a truck driver. His wife is about six years younger. Both list Tashkent, Uzbekistan, as their hometown.

THE VICTIMS

Six of the eight people who died in the attack have been identified as foreign tourists.

(same as London Westminster Bridge, Berlin Christmas Market)

Belgian tourist Ann-Laure Decadt, 31, a mother-of-two, was killed

Belgian mother-of-two Ann-Laure Decadt was struck from behind by Saipov's truck as she cycled. She died in hospital shortly afterwards.

The 31-year-old's grieving husband said she was on a trip to the US with her mother and two sisters at the time of the attack.

Five Argentinian men who were in New York for a class of 1987 school reunion also died.

They are Ariel Erlij, Hernán Diego Mendoza, Diego Enrique Angelini, Alejandro Damián Pagnucco and Hernán Ferruchi.

Another in their group, named as Martin Ludovico Marro, remain in hospital as do 12 others.

On Wednesday, Mayor Bill De Blasio said they would be 'remembered as New Yorkers'.

'They came here because they saw New York as a special place to be. We now and forever will consider them New Yorkers. They shared this tragedy with us. We will remember them as New Yorkers,' he said.

Victims of bike path attack reflected a diverse city

One of the dead was a mother of young sons from Belgium. Five had traveled from Argentina to New York with a tight-knit group of classmates to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their graduation.

The other victims were Americans: One a new college graduate working as a software engineer, the other a doting son who had recently lost nearly 100 pounds and was getting a bike ride in between meetings at his World Trade Center job.

Those killed in the New York bike path attack reflect a city that is a melting pot, a magnet for international visitors and a business and technology capital.

ARGENTINA: A GROUP OF FRIENDS

This Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017 photo provided by the Trevisan family shows from left to right; Hernan Ferruchi, Alejandro Pagnucco, Ariel Erlij, Ivan Brajckovic, Juan Pablo Trevisan, Hernan Mendoza, Diego Angelini and Ariel Benvenuto, gather for a group photo before their trip to New York City, at the airport in Rosario, in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina. Mendoza, Angelini, Pagnucco, Erlij and Ferruchi were killed in the bike path attack near the World Trade Center.

The largest group of victims came from Rosario, Argentina, the country's third-largest city and the hometown of international soccer star Lionel Messi and guerrilla leader Che Guevara. They had made the trip courtesy of one of their well-heeled friends, who was also among those who perished.

They had gone on a bike ride through Central Park on Tuesday before turning south, to lower Manhattan.

The Argentine foreign ministry identified the other victims as Ariel Erlij, Diego Enrique Angelini, Alejandro Damian Pagnucco and Hernan Ferruchi.

The reunion trip was partially financed by Erlij, the chief executive of Ivanar, an Argentine steel products manufacturing company, according to Argentina's La Nacion newspaper.

BELGIUM: ANN-LAURE DECADT

Ann-Laure Decadt, 31, the mother of a 3-year-old and a 3-month-old son, had traveled with her relatives to New York from a rural town in Belgium.

Decadt belonged to a prominent family that owns a venerable animal feed business in Staden, a town of 11,000 some 60 miles (100 kilometers) west of Brussels.

The family said in a statement that "she was riding a bike and apparently was surprised by a vehicle that came from behind." Her husband and children had not traveled with her. Other family members escaped injury.

NEW JERSEY: DARREN DRAKE

Darren Drake, a 32-year-old project manager for Moody's Investors Service at the World Trade Center, had recently lost a lot of weight - 93 pounds - after undergoing lap band surgery. He was out for a bike ride between meetings when the truck hit and killed him.

NEW YORK CITY: NICHOLAS CLEVES

Nicholas Cleves, 23, died not far from his home in Manhattan's Greenwich Village. He was a software engineer and web developer.

Online profiles show he went to Elisabeth Irwin High School in New York City and graduated last year from Skidmore College with a degree in computer science. He had been working as a software engineer for the Unified Digital Group.

Alex Silverstein, who hired Cleves as a Unified Digital Group intern during his senior year in college, wrote a glowing recommendation on LinkedIn.

THE HERO

(see MP Tobias Ellwood, boxing coach Tony Davis - Westminster Bridge)

Hero: Saipov stopped by Officer Ryan Nash, a five-year veteran of the NYPD who happened to be in the area

1. How many bicycles are there lying in the bicycle path?

2. How many victims did you see in pictures?

3. Where is the blood?

and

No answers to the above four - very simple - questions?

As the next TERROR ATTACK
truth-zone.net/forum/news-and-current-affairs/69901-texas-church-shooting-at-least-20-dead.html
wasn't long in coming, people are no longer interested in the Manhattan Halloween Attack
and this may be the reason, why TERROR ATTACKS will happen in increasingly shorter periods of time,
as we all (?) suspected since long.

Nonetheless, I would like to literally take a look at the answers.

1. How many bicycles are there lying in the bicycle path?

3. Where is the blood?

Please expand to count the bicycles and see the blood or rather its absence:

Now everybody interested should be able to answer the simple questions No 1 and 3.
