Does anyone else see any future problems with technology like this being produced on a mass scale when the wrong people are in charge..?

sure, and they will probably make it 33 years jail or something for harming a robot, the controllers will probably liken the robots rights to real human police officers or similar.
I remember the good old days, when 90+ year olds in nursing homes lived forever. Darn this pesky virus.

Can you imagine a bit more advanced version of that thing in the vids above, running 3 x faster than a human, jumping 5 x higher, being 20 x stronger, having faster reflexes, does not get tired, etc. etc... coming after us to arrest/kill us?

We wouldn't stand a chance.

We will have to take them out somehow if theyre used against us.

Perhaps a tazer or similar.

You can see why they'd want to disarm americans, espeically the higher powered automatic stuff... that stuff might be able to stop those fkn things... a .22 or shotgun, not so much perhaps.

Check this out... looks like the above vid isn't sci-fi, as the technology is already available:

ive been considering how to take these things out since I first saw them years ago

im still thinking some good strong rope will do the trick , have to get back to basics with these things and use natural materials that their sensors wont pick up

what concerns me most is boson dynamics is a DARPA thing and DARPA is basically Google

so we know who will be writing the software and what these bots will be sent out to target

its not a fucking joke either you just know for a fact they have all ready programmed this shit to be anti male and anti white

Meet Stretch, a prototype of our new robot designed to automate box moving tasks in warehouses and distribution centers. Stretch’s mobile base allows it to go to where repetitive box lifting is required - unloading trucks, building pallets of boxes and order building. Stretch makes warehouse operations more efficient and safer for workers.

Stretch’s technology builds upon our decades of advancements in robotics to create a flexible, easily integrated solution that can be deployed in any warehouse. Learn more at www.bostondynamics.com/stretch.

Martens Asparagus and Teboza, both in the Netherlands, officially took delivery of their Sparter harvesting robot by Cerescon. Next season, six Sparters will be operational in the field.

Cerescon sees it as the beginning of a new era when it comes to asparagus harvesting. Not only because of the robotised, selective harvesting method in combination with underground detection with moisture sensors, but also because the software will be collecting a lot of data that can provide valuable information about for example production and quality per plot and per variety.
