Pagan origins of Islam
''The Mysterious Black Stone of Kaaba - Worship of a Meteorite?''
''Hajj, the pilgrimage to Mecca, is one of the greatest religious observances in Islam.
People often associate Hajj with the familiar image of devout Muslims making the
journey to the Kabaa, and seven-times circling the ancient stone building towards
which they pray. The gathering in the plain of Arafat symbolises the climax of the hajj
pilgrimage, and in 2010 two million Muslims were at the site together on a single day.'
'What is less commonly known is the presence of a holy relic - literally a cornerstone -
that is part of the worship.
The origins of the dark stone remains a mystery to not only Muslims but geologists,
scientists and historians alike.
Does the black stone reveal pagan goddess-worshiping roots of Islam?
''The Black Stone is a Muslim relic, which according to Islamic tradition dates back to the
time of Adam and Eve. Historical research claims that the Black Stone marked the Kaaba
as a place of worship during pre-Islamic pagan times.
It is the eastern cornerstone of the Kaaba, the ancient stone building towards which Muslims
pray, in the center of the Grand Mosque in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
The Stone is a dark rock, polished smooth by the hands of millions of pilgrims, that has
been broken into a number of fragments cemented into a silver frame in the side of the Kaaba.
Although it has often been described as a meteorite, this hypothesis is still under consideration.
Muslim pilgrims circle the Kaaba as part of the Tawaf ritual of the Hajj.
Many of them try, if possible, to stop and kiss the Black Stone, emulating the kiss that Islamic
tradition records that it received from the Islamic Prophet Muhammad. If they cannot reach it,
they point to it on each of their seven circuits around the Kaaba.''
''The Black Stone of Kaaba or Mecca in Arabic, is called Al-hajar Al-aswad.
The word Kaaba - Ka’ba - Ka’bah - means Cube.''
"There are various opinions as to what the Black Stone actually is.
Muslims say that the Stone was found by Abraham (Ibrahim) and his son Ishmael (Ismail)
when they were searching for stones with which to build the Kaaba.
They recognized its worth and made it one of the building’s cornerstones.
Secular historians point to the history of stone worship, and especially meteorite worship,
in pre-Islamic Arabia, and say that it is likely that the Stone is a meteorite.
There is no way to test this hypothesis without removing and examining the Stone, which
would not be permitted by its guardians.
There is no indication as to where this stone originated, but since it pre-dates the revelation
of the Holy Qur’an and Muhammad’s prophethood, and even kissed, it must stem from the
time of Abraham since the Hajj traditions are traceable to the patriarch of monotheism."
Vulva of the Goddess?
''What is immediately apparent upon seeing the relic is the obvious likeness to the female aspect.
The stone and casing resembles nothing so much as a vagina or vulva. ''
''"This stone is set in large solid silver mountings. The whole resembles, quite deliberately, for
reasons which will emerge, ‘the vulva of the goddess’!
’A principal sacred object in Pagan Arabian religion was the stone...
Such stones were thought to be the residence of a god; hence the term applied to them by the
Byzantine Christian writers of the fifth and sixth centuries: ’baetyl’, from bet’el, ’the house of god’.’ [1]
Camphausen, in his article [3], reveals that the misogynic Muslim religion has its origins in the
worship of goddess. Allah is a revamped version of the ancient goddess Al’Lat, and it was
her shrine, which has since continued with little change, as the Kaaba.
The known history of Mohammed reveals that he was born around 570 CE into a tribe of the
Koreishe (Quraysh), who not only worshipped the goddess Q’re, but were the sworn guardians
of her shrine. By 622, Mohammed was preaching the ways of his god, Allah, and was driven
out by his own tribe as a result.''
''Researchers have noted that the Kaaba is accurately aligned on two heavenly phenomena:
the cycles of the moon and the rising of Canopus, the brightest star after Sirius. ''
Pre-Islamic Worship: The Triple Goddesses ;Goddess of the Black Stone
"It would take far too long to discuss to what extent the cult of the goddess’s Black Stone may have
been perpetrated as Solomon’s bride in the Song of Songs, who is ’black but beautiful’ or to
come to terms with the black images of Demeter, Artemis and Isis, who have their direct continuation
in the Black Virgins of Europe—patrons of the troubadours, the Gnostics and the alchemists, as well
as the present Pope. Those, who wish to follow such ideas, would do well to read ‘The myth of
the goddess’, which, in a sober but inspirational manner, reevaluates how the feminine deity has
remained with us throughout history."
While the stone and it’s ultimate origins and symbolism remain a mystery, speculation continues.
Perhaps researchers will be able to scratch the surface of this much-worshiped stone one day
and shed light on the more enigmatic aspects of Islam, and the ancient and inspirational religions
that came before.''

Pagan practises of Islam
''The derision is rooted in Qur’anic verses condemning pagans to hellfire.
The pagan Arabs before Muhammad practiced astrological worship of the sun, moon, the
5 planets known at the time, and the stars behind them all.
Of course, the initiated understood that these celestial bodies were only emblems of divine forces.''
''The sun was a stand-in for the “son” of God – the masculine creative power of God represented
as the life-giving sun, dying after dusk, only to vanquish the darkness of evil and arise the next day,
resurrected. The moon & planets were assigned attributes of deities reflecting various natures
of the one God.
Islamic texts & scholars condemn astrology in spite of Islam’s own astrological roots.
Yet a vast majority of Islamic practices are directly borrowed from pagan astrology and it’s actually
pretty obvious if you care to look. Here are three examples:
'
'1. Astrology of the Kaaba. The Kaaba (Arabic for, “the Cube”) is a shrine built to the Harranian/Sabian
moon deity Sin or Hubaal.
Earliest historical references to the cubic temple in Mecca date it to no earlier than 60BCE while
Ptolemy refers to the temple in the 2nd century AD. While Muhammad’s claim that Abraham built the
Kaaba is historically false, the temple has possibly existed since before the Common Era.''
''To convert Jews & Christians to his cause, Muhammad claimed Abraham built the Kaaba with his
sons Isaac & Ishmael. When they weren’t impressed, he switched the direction of Islamic prayer
from Jerusalem (sacred to the Jews & Christians), to the Kaaba, sacred to the Meccan & Medinan
pagans he now desperately needed on his side. But when Muhammad returned to conquer Mecca
with an army, he still chose to ritually circle the Kaaba before he smashed the 360 idols inside.
Strange for a man who cursed idol-worshipping astrologers.''
''Like the Egyptian pyramids, the Kaaba has an astrological heritage due to its location.
And also like the pyramids, the Kaaba’s cubic structure echoes esoteric Pythagorean geometry.
Even the door is raised seven feet off the ground – one foot for each of God’s seven creative
deities (known to us now as the sun, moon, and the first five planets). Within the Kaaba, three
pillars represent the triune nature of God – and yet Islam regards the trinity as polytheist
Muhammad concocted Islamic stories about the Kaaba to unify Arabic tradition with Abrahamic
heritage. While these esoteric practices are preserved within Islam, their astrological significance
is commonly ignored.''
'2. The Black Stone of Hubaal.
On the eastern corner of the Cube, a black rock venerating Hubaal rests, fabled to have fallen
from the stars. Long before Muhammad, pilgrims were kissing this black stone idol to the moon god.
The stone, like the Kaaba itself, is alleged to have been placed there by Adam, but scientists &
historians dispute that claim.
Muslims also like to claim that the stone is a meteorite or perhaps even originally from the moon.
But modern science casts doubt on that assertion as well.
The truth is cubic stones were objects of veneration among pre-Islamic pagans because they
represented a physical manifestation of the spiritual spheres.
Since the Cube was astrologically considered to be an intersection between the physical and
spiritual planes, the black stone was set there symbolizing the connection between matter and spirit.
The stone was originally placed on the Cube’s eastern corner to greet the sunrise, representing
spiritual man’s journey through physical creation toward enlightenment.
But the astrological history of the black rock is obscured by Islam while the pagan tradition of kissing
it for good luck remains – replacing stories of philosophical enlightenment with mere superstition.''
3. Praying five times a day was borrowed from the pagans too.
I’ve already written about the Sabian/Harranian origins of Ramadan, Eid-al-Fitr, and,
“There is no god but God.” But praying five times a day was a Sabian practice too.
The pagan, astral-worshipping Sabians were somehow still considered People of the Book
by Muhammad. Likely because he needed them to join his movement.
So he adopted their practice of praying five times daily to honor the movements of the sun.''
''Fajr was prayed at sunrise – rejoicing the resurrection of the life-giving force of God. Zuhr was
prayed at noon, when the sun reached its peak. Asr was prayed in the late afternoon, Maghrib at
sunset and Aisha after dark.
The esoteric significance of 5 daily prayers is another reference for man’s five-fingered, five-limbed
body. These practices astrologically honored the sun’s effect on man’s daily life. Muhammad adopted
the five daily prayers but slightly adjusted their times to obscure their astrological roots.
He also changed the object of worship from the life-giving sun to the lunar Cube
(that other esoteric object of pagan veneration).''
''Ancient scientist-philosophers (they were the same back then) looked to the sun, moon, planets and
stars to understand the patterns of the tides, the rains, and the droughts so they could plan for civilization.
But Islam itself – and Muslims today – spew vitriol on these astrological philosophies that are an
inherent part of not only Islamic practice, but human history.''

Veneration of the Black-stone
''The pagan gods of pre-Islamic Arabia were worshiped in the form of rectangular stones or rocks.
For example, the pagan deity 'Al-Lat', mentioned in Qur'an 53:19, and believed by pre-Islamic pagans
to be one of the daughters of Allah, was once venerated as a cubic rock at Ta'if in Saudi Arabia.
An edifice was built over the rock to mark it apart as a house of worship.
''Al-lat stood in al-Ta'if, and was more recent than Manah.
She was a cubic rock beside which a certain Jew used to prepare his barley porridge (sawiq).
Her custody was in the hands of the banu-'Attab ibn-Malik of the Thayif, who had built an edifice
over her. [...]She is the idol which God mentioned when He said, "Have you seen Al-lat and al-'Uzza
(Surah 53:19)?[2]
Tawaf between Safa and Marwa
''Doing Tawaf between Safa and Marwa is an Islamic ritual associated with the pilgrimage to Mecca.
Safa and Marwa are two mounts, located at Mecca.
This ritual entails Muslims walking frantically between the two mounts, seven times.
This was originally a pagan pre-Islamic practice.
Muhammad retained it for Islam, sanctioning it with yet another Qur'anic revelation.[7]
Narrated 'Asim: I asked Anas bin Malik: "Did you use to dislike to perform Tawaf between Safa and Marwa?" He said, "Yes, as it was of the ceremonies of the days of the Pre-lslamic period of ignorance, till Allah revealed: 'Verily! (The two mountains) As-Safa and Al-Marwa are among the symbols of Allah. It is therefore no sin for him who performs the pilgrimage to the Ka'ba, or performs 'Umra, to perform Tawaf between them.' " (2.158)
Sahih Bukhari 2:26:710
Clearly, the Hadith testifies that Muhammad merely adopted this pagan ceremony from the pre-Islamic
"period of ignorance" and justified it with yet another convenient Qur'anic revelation''
Requirement of Ihram
''Ihram is a state a Muslim enters into for his pilgrimage to Mecca. It involves a series of procedures
like ritual washing, wearing 'Ihram garments', etc. Ihram was originally a pagan requirement for
worshipping idols during pre-Islamic times. Muhammad retained this practice for Islam.
Muslims assume Ihram to perform the Hajj or Umrah.'
Crescent Moon Symbol
''Hubal was the moon god worshiped at the Ka’aba. The crescent moon was Hubal’s symbol.
Muhammad's pagan grandfather Abd al-Muttalib almost slaughtered Muhammad's father Abdallah
at the Ka’aba, to Hubal. From Ibn Hisham:
An arrow showed that it was 'Abdullah to be sacrificed. 'Abdul-Muttalib then took the boy to Al-Ka'bah
with a razor to slaughter the boy. Quraish, his uncles from Makhzum tribe and his brother Abu Talib,
however, tried to dissuade him. They suggested that he summon a she-diviner.
She ordered that the divination arrows should be drawn with respect to 'Abdullah as well as ten
camels. … the number of the camels (finally) amounted to one hundred. … They were all slaughtered
to the satisfaction of Hubal.[8]''
''The Ka’aba, Islam's holiest shrine, has been a place where such pagan human sacrifices and
slaughters have taken place for Hubal. When Muhammad founded Islam, he discarded Hubal.
At the Battle of Badr, his enemy Abu Sufyan praised the high position of moon god Hubal, saying
"O Hubal, be high". Muhammad asked his followers to yell back, "Allah is higher".[9]
Is moon-god Hubal no longer "higher"? Is Islam completely free of the 'moon' influence?
Take a closer look at mosques all over the world, and you are likely to find Hubal’s symbol, the
crescent moon, positioned at a high point of the mosque. As with the Cross for Christianity and the Star
of David for Judaism, the Crescent moon is today a universal symbol for Islam.
It may not be a deliberate effort to worship Hubal. And yet, interestingly, through Islam, the pagan prayer
of Muhammad's enemy Abu Sufyan at Badr has been answered, "O Hubal be high".''

The pagan Muslim
''Islam projects itself as monolithic and monotheistic religion, unalterable and perfect, with Muhammad
its chief and last prophet of God. The crescent moon and star fluttering atop mosques, betraying its
pagan roots, there for all to see''
''The word Allah is a derivation of the the moon god Al-ailah, also know as Sin, Hubul or Ilumquh.
He is the highest ranking god in the pre-islamic pantheon. Another prominent pre-Islamic monument,
the Kaaba housed 360 god, in fact the Kaaba was called the house of Al-ailah.
Al-ailah occupied a place of prominence among the Quraish, Muhammad’s tribe.
This chief god had three daughters, Al-Uzzah (Venus) to whom humans were sacrificed. Manah,
goddess of destiny and Al-Lat, goddess of vegetation, all three goddesses are mentioned in the Quran.''

Arabian Paganism and Islam’s Pagan Origins
''The name Allah is the personal name of the God of the moon.
He was married to the Goddess of the sun and had three children with her, the “daughters of Allah”.
His daughters’ names were AlLat (“The Goddess”), Goddess of harvest, fertility, and love.
Like her mother she was associated with the sun. She might be related to Greek Leto, mother
of the sun God Apollo.
AlUzza (“the Mighty One”) was the Goddess of honor, justice, war, and passion.
She was associated with the stars.
Manat was the Goddess of fate, death, and the afterlife. Like Allah she was associated with the moon.
Medina is named after her.
The Gods in this divine family were considered “high Gods”, meaning they were at the top of the
pantheon of Arabic deities.''
''Some view them as separate although connected deities, but most non-islamic scholars agree that
Allah and Hubal are one and the same God. One of Hubal’s names is also “Lord of the seven oracle arrows”,
the number seven representing the moon.
The “horns” of fertility of the moon deity Hubal towered atop the Kaaba as the most powerful deity of all.
The horns were made up of the crescent moon with its tips (horns) pointing upwards.
The same crescent moon that is now adorning so many flags of islamic countries and is essentially the
symbol for mohammedanism today. On the same Kaaba quadrat annually circled by Muslims instead
of Pagans now. The religion changed, the God they worship is still the same old lunar deity though.''

Muhammad and the Satanic Verses
Conclusions;
The evidence proves that Muhammad spoke the Satanic verses.
The four early biographers of Muhammad's life detail the story. Many traditions (Hadith) also establish it.
There are references to it in the Sahih Hadith. Finally, there is specific references to it in the Quran.
No one, with an open mind and honest heart, can doubt the event. It may make Muslims uncomfortable
that Satan used their prophet, but in the least they should be forthright and honest about it and admit it to
themselves. If they wish to follow a man who spoke Satan's words, that is their business.
Of course the ramifications are large. Muhammad had a strange relationship with Satan.
Was it really Gabriel choking Muhammad in the cave?''
How many other words were influenced by Satan?
Why would God make light of a prophet speaking Satan's words as God's?
Didn't God command in the Old Testament that false prophets should be put to death?
Didn't Jesus predict that false prophets would come and mislead many? (Ref. Matthew 24:11).
Muhammad had a deal with the devil.
Satan led, he followed. If Muhammad began to get off course,
Muhammad was corrected. Islam's denial of Christ's identity, is Satan's stronghold upon millions of
people. Muslims follow one of the false prophets Jesus foretold.
One Christian writer addressing this question asked:
"Muslims today who simply dismiss the account of these writers as fabricated and unhistorical must
at least answer the question why such reputable persons would fabricate it.
The question is not new. But, it seems, a serious Muslim response is hard to find."
www.answering-islam.org/Responses/Saifullah/sverses.htmTo this date, a serious Muslim response is still hard to find.
For this is the command from Allah to all Muslims, as recorded in the Qur’an:
Al Tauba 9:29‘Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Daynor hold that forbidden
which hath been forbidden by Allah and his apostle [Muhammad] nor acknowledge the religion
of truth [ISLAM] (even if they are) of the People of the Book [Christians & Jews] until they pay the
Jizya [onerous Tax for not being a Muslim] with willing submission and feel themselves humiliated’
''Muhammad 47:4‘Therefore when ye meet the Unbelievers smite at their necks; at length when ye
have thoroughly subdued them bind a bond firmly (on them): thereafter (is the time for) either
generosity or ransom''
''Al Imran3:85‘ If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah) never will it be
accepted of him …''
''Al Tauba 9:33‘It is He (Allah) who hath sent His apostle (Muhammad) with guidance and the religion
of truth (Islam) to proclaim it over all other religions…''
''O ye who believe! ask not questions about things which, if made plain to you, may cause you trouble —
-Q 5:101''
''the command of Allah is a decree determined — Q 33:38''

to be killed.’ [Reliance of the Traveller, A Classic Manual of Islamic Sacred Law (08.1)]''
