Must admit never been to Germany but still there is an abundance of decent wheat beer available in Italy, probably because it's a place that Germans often visit.

This is how I pour it after a discussion with an Italian barman, who told me it's ''how the Germans pour it'' after he saw my tilted glass method.

Must say it's pretty good as the excess froth gets captured in the bottle. Froth being one of my favourite substances.

btw Aldi do a nice wheat beer in the UK, it's called Rheinbacher, but the best one I found so far in the UK is in JDWetherspoons called Tucher (I think that's how it's spelled).
