The video isn’t exactly true. The presenter is part of Patreon, it’s a business he’s involved in. Oh and from 03.07 to 04.55, make sure to check out special offers which he’ll make a commission on. 
That doesn't make what he's saying necessarily wrong, but it immediately raises suspicions.
At 04.57 he slips up and admits he got the headline from Zero Hedge. The headline isn’t a statement, it’s a question. “Did Russia and China just announce a new global reserve currency?” Both China and Russia have been challenging the dollar for years, as did Libya, Iraq and Syria.
It is true that Russia and China are abandoning the reserve currency dollar and moving into a basket, or plurality of currencies, but that’s because they don’t want the consequences if and when the dollar collapses with a current debt of $31 trillion. Other countries too are slowly abandoning the dollar.
Obviously, there would have to be another reserve currency and what both Russia and China are promoting is the Yuan. The result would not be a fiat currency, but one based on gold and it will be years before it can replace the dollar and SWIFT system..
We already have a largely cashless society in the west, so nothing new there.
The US is slowly collapsing because it’s come to the end of its industrial revolution era and that’s neither China’s fault nor anyone else’s. All Empires have a sell by date; previously the USSR, before that the British Empire … There is no great conspiracy. As the west became a consumer society, China took its place as a developing industrial center, just as previously the US took over from the British.
I watched the first ten minutes and knew from the first five what he was doing. What the video is trying to sell you is old news updated by a headline which the presenter is trying to sensationalize, amid the adverts and a plea to pay to use his Patreon page. You always have to be careful of these blog type videos, they generally don’t contain anything that wasn’t previously known.

In today's world of absolute censorship in the mainstream news, which is owned by Globalists, with Big Pharma and other corporations as advertisers supporting their propaganda with the big bucks, one HAS to raise money to have a platform with which to communicate and educate the public about what's REALLY going on. One has to bear that in mind always, and the only way to evaluate someone's intent and credibility is to get to know them gradually by listening and discerning with your own intuition. For God's sake, citizen journalists are out there doing good work.
It's easy for internet warriors to point fingers. But not helpful.
