How to Use +Quote Button?

I'm trying to learn how to use the +Quote button instead of the Reply button when responding to someone's post. I know it's a toggle button and it's for situations when you want to break down a person's lengthy post into more than one point to respond to.

If we hit +Quote we get a button that looks like this:



and if you hit that you get this:

Sorry I was being a twat ....

The icon is the 3 lines

so you can click and hold on those lines and move the quotes around (up or down)

That is on full quotes .... on the highlighting of snips, just quote as you wish
