In this interview Katherine Watt explains that it was hearing attorney Todd Callender talk about international health regulations and 2005 amendments to them, when he was interviewed by Elizabeth Lee Vliet on January 30, 2022, that steered her in the right direction for solving the puzzle of how such a thing could happen. Instead of the historical way of waging war, a war by stealth of lying about a health emergency has taken place.
