I think that photo is a fake. She was wearing the same clothes on a yacht for Naomi Campbell's
birthday about two months after the London visit and she appeared much, much shorter than in the
photo with Andrew. Andrew is 6 feet tall, Giuffre is 5 feet 1 inch

Using Vegetable Oil As Fuel​

How exactly do you use vegetable oil as fuel? First, you must have a diesel engine. The spark ignition used in a standard gasoline-powered engine would have a very hard time achieving combustion with vegetable oil. The fuel lines and pumps in a gas engine aren't intended to handle this type of fuel, and many of the sensors used to determine fuel ratios in modern cars simply can't cope well with this variation.
Assuming you have a diesel engine, you could use vegetable oil with no other modifications. However, vegetable oil has very high viscosity. It's so thick that the engine has a hard time atomizing the fuel completely when it is sprayed into the combustion chamber. The result is unburned fuel that clogs the engine.

vegetable oil does work as fuel in a diesel (provided the injection pump seals agree with it, some dont, so that article isnt entirely accurate where it says 'no other modifications') . Some people run diesels on used chip oil (chip as in chippy as in the UK/AU meaning.. fried potatoes)

But the meme is about putting it in the engine crankcase as engine oil... that might smell ok for a while... but not for long and it wont end well.

That's right, she's not attempting to use that vegetable oil as fuel but as engine oil.
